1. Services Offered

NC CREATE provides following services:

• Brand identity & Website Package: Complete brand identity and website to establish your brand as the leader in your niche.
• Brand identity Package: Complete brand identity to help you figure out how to position your brand, and help you stand out visually in the market.
• A La Carte: Various graphic design tasks including but not limited to social media templates, graphic design and illustrations.

2. Request/Enquiry of a Service

Clients must use NC CREATE's website contact form, which constitutes automatic consent to data processing as outlined in our Personal Data Policy.

3. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods:

• MobilePay: Secure Danish payment app
• IBAN and SWIFT/BIC Transfer: International bank transfers
• PayPal Transfer: International bank transfers

4. Project Timeline

Estimated timelines are provided before contract signing based on project scope. While we strive to meet deadlines, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Clients will be notified promptly of any schedule changes.

5. Extra Revisions

Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will incur extra charges, applied to the final payment.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to final deliverables (excluding third-party assets). NC CREATE retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing materials.

7. Refund Policy

If services fail to meet agreed specifications, NC CREATE will offer appropriate partial refunds based on circumstances.

8. Confidentiality and Non-disclosure

Client information remains strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate projects with valid reason. Clients will be billed for work completed up to termination date.

10. Invoicing and Payment

• Standard payment terms: 8 days net
• Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest + 100 DKK reminder fee per notice
• 50% deposit required to commence work
• Final 50% payment due before project delivery
