We provide brand identity, web design, and related creative services.
Package descriptions, deliverables, and pricing are listed on our website.
We reserve the right to update or modify our packages, prices, or services at any time without prior notice (changes will not affect existing orders already confirmed).
2. Ordering & Payment
All prices are listed in both DKK and an approx. amount of USD.
Payments for products are processed securely through our website. By providing your payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
3. Turnaround Times
Estimated delivery timelines are stated in the package description.
Timelines may be adjusted if there are delays in receiving client materials, approvals, or feedback.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., illness, technical issues, supply chain disruptions).
4. Client Responsibilities
You must provide all required content, materials, and feedback in a timely manner.

5. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of design work, all sales are final and non-refundable once work has begun.
If you cancel before we begin work, the deposit will not be refunded.
If we cannot fulfill your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

We are not responsible for changes, downtime, or issues caused by third-party providers.
